Our story began on June 28, 2015, at a small food stall along Calderon Street, near Plaza Hugo in Sta. Ana Manila.

We are inspired by the different cheeses from different countries. Now, we continue to keep the unwavering commitment to introduce, produce, and serve wide range of specialty and innovative cheeses to our growing community.

Cheese Fondue are EBC’s best seller. We also serves a variety of cheesy dishes in our menu such as Cheesy Rice Bowl, Cheesy Burger, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Cheesy Baked Rice, Mac ‘N Cheese, Cheesy Dips and Cheesy Desserts.
