Steak and Wine BulacanSteak and Wine Bulacan (SAWB) first opened its doors in 2018 at Guiguinto, Bulacan. SAWB is the first and only unlimited steak and wine house in Bulacan, served not only delicious steaks but provided a cozy modern rustic ambience that was a sure hit.

After a year, from a small hometown favorite to being regionally recognized brand, opened its first franchise branch in Bocaue, Bulacan. The success of SAWB attributed to our appetizing meals yet affordable for the unlimited packages including our sumptuous steak, ribs, chicken parmesan, salisbury , pasta, side dishes and wine.

  • Php500,000.00 – Franchise Fee

Projected ROI: 1 to 2 Years (may vary as it is dependent on several factors such as sales, marketing strategy & ability of the franchisee to control the operating expenses)

2. SILVER – Php2 Million

  • Php500,000.00 – Franchise Fee
  • Php1.5 Million – Renovation and Design Fee, Set-up Fee (Hiring and Selection, Marketing, Site Assessment and other initial services) and System-Wide Ad Fee (Local Ad Fee should be shouldered by Franchisee)

FRANCHISE APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Application Form
Fill out the Franchise Application Form and attach your letter of intent.

2. Initial Meeting & Interview
Our Business Development Team will review and evaluate your application form. If your application is valid, our team will set an initial meeting with you. They will discuss location, franchise details, franchise plan, and other concerns. If you have a proposed location, you may submit it prior to meeting.

3. Franchisee Approval
Granted that your location is approved, after the initial evaluation, you will now pay and sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement. As a franchisee, you must submit the required corporate documents.

4. Start-Up Meeting
Steak and Wine Bulacan, through Business Development Team, will set a start-up meeting to discuss all operational procedures. The meeting includes the discussion of the project timelines, including planning and design, construction of store up to turn over of the space to operations, and finally, opening.
