A LA CRÈME Café Bistro and Cakeshopa La Crème Café Bistro and Cakeshop humble beginning takes its root from the Bangsil family’s passion towards fine dining. Being in the restaurant industry was a dream of the Bangsil couple, Eric and Mar. And like all stories, the time to realize the dream began as the eldest of the Bangsil offsprings, Cecile Bangsil-Mendoza, spearheaded the foundation of what is now a a La Crème.

a La Crème came from the French word meaning “in the manner or cream” started in April of 2001 in Angeles City located along the busy MacArthur Highway near the Angeles University Foundation. The Restaurant accommodates the sweet cravings of diners with cakes extraordinaire and escalates their excitement through an assortment of other dishes. The robust anthology of exceptional cuisine encounter spread from one satisfied palate to another until the call for expansion became inevitable.

In the middle of the growing awareness, the family subsequently opened the second a La Crème in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga in 2003. Frances Marie, the second sibling whose interest also stems from the appreciation of delectable cuisines, manages the branch today with her husband Anthony Lingad.

a La Crème took a big leap in 2013, opening a new 50-seater branch in Nepo Quadrangle, Angeles City and has opened its door for franchising. New improvements have also taken place in almost its entirety. The newest branch has embraced a fresh concept – a modern take on French cafés design-wise. Green, blue and white palette dominates the whole place with its soothing and calming effect amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Along with that are the chic furnitures and designs. To top it all off, new food items are added to the menu and the all-time favorites are retained. This new concept will make every customer love a La Crème even more.
