Location Criteria

A floor area between 130 to 180 sqm. located in major malls, or free-standing locations in commercial areas or other high pedestrian traffic locations, such as office buildings and call-center zones.

How to  Apply:

1.  Submit the following to Tri-Mark Foods, Inc. through e-mail franchise@lingnam.net or in the address given below:

• Letter of Intent
• Vicinity Map of the proposed location
• Filled out Pre qualification Form

2.  After evaluating your proposal and information, we will invite you to one-on-one meeting to discuss the details and terms of the Franchise as well as the Franchise Agreement.

3.  We shall conduct an ocular inspection of the proposed site and give you our assessment and approval based on our site selection and evaluation criteria.

4.  Upon approval of your Franchise application, we shall set the date for signing of the Franchise Agreement and the payment of Franchise Fee.

5.  Setting up of the outlet including store pre- opening construction, personnel training, and grand opening follows.
