He was finding his own path to business by testing several concepts with varying degrees of success – it turns out his best product was a result of his passion for cooking.

In his first three months of business, Chef Mong delivered over a thousand kilos (a Ton!) of his delicious creations from his small operation in Butuan and to his pleasant surprise, orders were coming in from throughout the Philippines!
