How to franchise Farmacia ni Dok:

Total Franchise Investment: Php349,000.00

This includes the following:

  • Franchise fee
  • Complete set-up of Point of Sales system
  • Uniform
  • Promotional giveaways,
  • Training

Franchise Term: Five (5) years, renewable to 2 additional 5-year terms for a total of 15 years.

Royalty Fee: Fixed for Standard All Generic at Php2,500 and Premium Branded- Generic at Php3,000 for continuing support services.

Space Requirement: Minimum store requirement of 15 sqm (FDA minimum requirement) for Standard All Generic while 20 sqm for Premium Branded- Generic format.

  • Attend the Farmacia Ni Dok Franchise Opportunity Seminar every Monday – Wednesday – Friday at 10:am at Farmacia Ni Dok Inc Head Office at #970 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave, Brgy. Mariana, New manila, Quezon City 1112.
  • Call Farmacia Ni Dok Inc at 234-2623 to register.
  • Choose package, submit application and payment.
  • Then signing of franchise contract.
  • Look for location and have it approved by Farmacia Ni Dok franchise department.
  • Register with DTI if single proprietorship and SEC for Corporation. Get a lease contract from landlord.
  • Proceed with the renovation (shelves and signage).
  • Look for a licensed pharmacist.
  • Complete the FDA requirements and send to Farmacia Ni Dok Inc.
  • Apply business permits.
  • Apply BIR permits.
  • Apply permit for POS and/or Sales Invoice & O.R.
  • Be prepared for actual training (franchisee, pharmacist, and assistant).
