The brain behind Dong Juan were the couple Ms. Aubrey Lim Borja and Mr. Barney Borja, who collaborated with her brother-in-law in pursuing this restaurant business. Good thing, their brilliant minds capture something new and different toward having a food business that is uniquely irresistible.
The name Dong Juan combines the common endearment for the young male Cebuano “Dodong” and the wealthy libertine Don Juan to mean fine dining for every Dodong or regular Joe. True to their mission to provide fine food at affordable prices to the average Pinoy.
Dong Juan is now slowly making a hot spot in Cebu and is now being patronized to those who love to eat and of course to those who want to experience tastes of very well known pizza and burger.
