Hoops Donuts was introduced to the market by Dolly Foods Corporation, a newly-registered company at the Securities and Exchange Commissions.  Hoops is fully supported by DSM Bakery Ingredient of Netherlands, the world’s biggest producer of enzymes and yeast, thru their Philippine representative ADSIA Eurobaker Marketing.

Hoops product formulation uses a combination of flour, natural ingredients and fresh fruits.  The platform recipe is taken from DSM Bakery Ingredients of Netherlands.  The doughnut recipe is fused with local natural ingredients to cater to the local taste.  This closely-guarded dough recipe results in a velvety-to-the-mouth doughnut.  The sweetness is less than what is generally available in the market. The dips are based on traditional and passed-on recipes common in home-made doughnuts.
