bonuan Bonuan Boneless Bangus was started in a small bangus business on January 18, 1993, under the trade name, M.F. Sandoval Trading.  It was established by Mario F. Sandoval with an initial capital of ony Php20,000 on hand.

Fully aware of the Bonuan Bangus popularity and the problem therein, M.F. Sandoval Trading introduced the deboned marinated and smoked bangus. The acceptance of the said products in the market was tremendous, that M.F. Sandoval Trading launched new products such as: BONUAN BONELESS BANGUS relleno, prime cut belly, embutido, longganisa, lumpia, nuggets, kilawen, croquettes, chicharon, and fillet, among others.
