Cafe Azul is a new concept established by Sweet Inspirations Restaurant and Bakeshop.  It was owned and managed by Mrs. Cristina Echevarria, a trained nutritionist, which ensures that the best quality ingredients are always being used, strictly maintaining a NO MSG, NO food extenders policy in food preparation.

Cafe Azul offers pasta, breads and cakes.  They also have sugar-free pies for those who want to give in to their cravings with a little less guilt!
