Baba Ghannouj – House of Kabab
Baba Ghannouj – House of Kabab was officially opened on June 12, 2009 at Palm Square in Antipolo City.
It all started from a scent, so strong you wouldn’t call it tingling, but rather prickling, that your nostrils would automatically shut down and close when you stroll the malls in Dubai. But after a while, you’d get used to it, and sometimes, you expect more. The smell of roasting onions, cumin and turmeric, the fancy of the mixture of spices, the Arabic feel and the sweet aroma gets so intriguing and so tempting that you want to replicate or perhaps bring it home somehow– and that’s where it all began…
Then on a trip to an Indian restaurant at Kampala Entebbe, the taste of their food was exotic, spicy and truly Indian. One doesn’t need any fancy china to enjoy them, just bare hands peeling the bread and dipping them on the masala bowl which makes the experience of eating more enjoyable.
Nothing beats the actual taste and the pleasantries of Persian and Mediterranean cuisines. So come and enjoy authentic Middle-Eastern feast at Baba Ghannouj.
Baba Ghannouj – House of Kabab is now also open at SM Taytay, to cater to its rapidly-growing supporters.
