Joe Kuan began its first operation with food kiosks in Manila and Quezon City.  It was a food parlor business developed by Joe Kuan Food Corporation (JFKC), which was established in 1986.  The company is also engaged in food manufacturing and retailing dimsum, siopao, siomai & mami.

The overwhelming response from the customers paved the way to opening more food outlets.  In time, JOE KUAN became a household name for its savory siopao and siomai.

JFKC, a trademark in quality dimsum (siopao & siomai), has now launched its noodles line under the JOE KUAN brand. These include: fresh egg noodles, dry egg noodles, pancit canton noodles & siomai wrapper. JKFC offers the opportunity to distribute this various products through retail selling.
