citramina-logo Citra Mina began their business in 1983 in Tuna Capital of the Philippines General Santos City. Back then, their fresh caught tuna were distributed primarily to the local market and canning buyers.  By 1991. the company expanded and began exporting whole chilled tuna to Japan.  And shortly thereafter, their products were introduced to the US market.

Despite the emergence of tough competition both locally and abroad, the company, guided by its fervent commitment to provide nothing but premium quality tuna and seafood products, continued to thrive to become one of the leading tuna and seafood producers and distributors in the Philippines.

Today, Citra Mina offer a complete line of fresh-frozen and processed tuna, marine and other shelled varieties.  Prepared under the International Food Standards of the United States Department of Commerce and in compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Point Program (HACCP), they guarantee that their products come only from the freshest raw materials, packed and stored at minus 18 degree Celsius (-18C) to seal in its newly-caught freshness and its flavorful taste!
