They are also specializing in the production of private labeled products aside from producing complimentary medicines.

LSK EUROPHARMA, offers efficient supply chain management of pharmaceutical products, maintaining quality in accordance to the principle of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

LSK EUROPHARMA, also offers end-to-end distribution services for the healthcare product industry, which enables clients / principals to focus on core activities of business development, manufacturing and demand formation.

LSK EUROPHARMA, is also open to licensing agreements with pharmaceutical companies that do not have presence yet in the Philippines. As a service model offered by our company on product licensing / regulatory, we will use all available resources to do the product importation, registration, brand marketing, sales and distribution for you.

Today, LSK EUROPHARMA is expanding its operations to distribution, importation, product licensing / regulatory, as well as sales and marketing solutions. These operations are handled by the company’s four major business units:

The contract manufacturing services being offered by LSK EUROPHARMA through Compact Pharmaceutical Corp., includes wide range of pharmaceutical production and support services – liquids, solid dose, and packaging. It also provides support services such as analytical and microbiological testing, validation, stability testing, material sourcing, and primary distribution.

ZEUS RESOURCES, INC. leads the marketing and business development efforts of the LSK EUROPHARMA. It also provides market intelligence support for future business projects of the company.

Franchise Details:

Franchise Fee :   Php199,000.00 (for the first 20 applicants)

Inclusive of:

• The right to use Trademark, Name and Logo
• Start-Up and Pre-opening Assistance
• Site Evaluation Assistance
• Franchise Operations Manual
• Extensive Training on Pharmacy Distribution, Business Management/Operations and Customer Service
• Guidance and Education on Generic Drugs
• Advertising Support
• Consignment Stocks
• Basic Signage (Horizontal)
• ACCPAC Inventory Management System
• Provides Uniform

As Franchisee, you will be entitled to continuing support to help run and maintain all outlets performance at optimum level.  This covers:

• Regular monitoring of INVENTORY and outlet operations.
• Direct and Open-line communication with franchisor.
• Ongoing business consulting and guidance.
• Refresher trainings on new products, services, promotions and distribution innovations.
• National and local store marketing support and guidance.

Terms :  Five (5) years Franchise Agreement with five (5) year renewal clause.

Total Capital Investment:

• Php700,000.00 to Php850,000.00 for building-based outlet
• Php1.0 Million to Php1.2 Million for stand-alone outlet

Royalty :  One percent (1%) of the Gross Sales, but Franchisor shall start charging said fee only when the outlet shall achieve a Total Gross Sales of Php150,000.00 per month.

Space Requirement:

• At least 30 sqm. for the Generic Distribution Center
• At least 30 sqm. for the warehouse to accommodate adequate stocks

Note: The warehouse must be temperature controlled not exceeding 30 degrees (room temperature) at any given time to ensure quality of stocks.
