Pagsanjan Delicacies will extend assistance to you on the following:

1. Renting the space – Look for your desired mall space or commercial space. They can assist you with the preparation of the letter of intent and the proposal to be submitted to the mall. Upon approval, you may apply for the necessary permits to respective government agencies.
2. Fabrication of foodcart – they already have a supplier but you may choose your own supplier. They will provide for the design of the foodcart.  The cost of the foodcart is about 50k. You may negotiate directly with the supplier for any discount.

If  you find the above activities difficult, they can give you an existing food cart which already has a steady clientelle. You just have to pay the foodcart at 50K, continue the rent with the establishment, manage the foodcart and all the profit is yours.
