Pagsanjan Delicacies is a wholesaler of native delicacies such as champoy (“sweet tamarind candy”), espasol wrapped in banana leaves, bibingka (rice cake), kalamay wrapped in “nganga” stalk , shing-a-ling and a lot more. Though these delicacies may be found in other places, those made in Pagsanjan is distinctly different in taste and look as compared to those made in other towns.
All their delicacies are guaranteed freshly made. They also accept orders for sinukmane in bilao (called ‘biko’ up north) and pasingaw, also in bilao.
Pagsanjan Delicacies maintain several foodcarts in Metro Manila and you can be their next distributor. Their prices are very competitive so you can sell at retail and still maintain high profit.

Pagsanjan Delicacies will extend assistance to you on the following:
- Renting the space – Look for your desired mall space or commercial space. They can assist you with the preparation of the letter of intent and the proposal to be submitted to the mall. Upon approval, you may apply for the necessary permits to respective government agencies.
- Fabrication of foodcart – they already have a supplier but you may choose your own supplier. They will provide for the design of the foodcart. The cost of the foodcart is about 50k. You may negotiate directly with the supplier for any discount.
If you find the above activities difficult, they can give you an existing food cart which already has a steady clientelle. You just have to pay the foodcart at 50K, continue the rent with the establishment, manage the foodcart and all the profit is yours.
