Mini-Me is-that-u was  first started in February of 2004. It was owned and operated by Mr. Glenn Gwyn Ko and Mr. Thomas Lin Miranda.  Mini-Me is-that-u is a creative company engaged in the manufacture of personalized hand-made caricature dolls. Using high-grade clay and resin as its medium, each doll that Mini-Me is-that-u creates is guaranteed to be unique because it goes through several stages of software, hardware, and artist rendering. Each doll is about 6 to 7 inches tall. The person’s character clearly shines through in each of their creations.

Since the company was established,  Mini-Me has devoted itself to the research and development of their product.  They began with one artist and it took two years to develop the right formula for the production of these unique dolls. But soon, the ideal process was reached and Mini-Me was ready for the big time.

On December 2006, Mini-me is-that-u was finally launched with its first-ever store located at SM Megamall. At that time, resources were scarce. The company had a tough time searching for experienced artists, particularly in this uniquely challenging field.  Soon, the decision was made to enlist and train artists to do the job. After years of developing the proper style and streamlining the production process, Mini-Me had formed a core group of artists that were specialists in each field.

The result was world-class quality, personalized, hand-made dolls that are truly individual masterpieces.
