Tita Gwapa Supertinda was first established in November 2003 at Punta Princesa, Labangon, Cebu.  Managed by Florentino III International Inc. (F3), Tita Gwapa got its name from Cebu’s Teresin Mendezona, respected for her taste and practicality and who is fondly by the F3 family as Tita Gwapa.

Tita Gwapa Supertinda is a unique concept in grocery shopping.  Because their chain of stores are located in highly-populated residential districts and are accessible to shoppers from all walks of life, they have in effect brought the supermarket to the consumers and in the process save them travel time.

The owners of Tita Gwapa Supertinda ensures that all essential needs such as grocery items, dry goods, fresh meats and vegetables are always available to their regular shoppers.  They do this by running their own warehouse.  The carefully selected items are offers at very affordable prices in consideration of the average buyers.  They also have their own bakery which guarantee the availability of freshly-baked goodies at Tita Gwapa stores everyday.

Although a “pang-masa” supermarket, Tita Gwapa Supertinda stores are air-conditioned and use state-of-the-art POS systems backed by sophisticated computer software.  Transactions are processed speedily and efficiently eliminating long queues at the check-out counters.

At present, there are other Tita Gwapa stores all over Cebu. In Umapad and Tabok in Mandaue City; Basak, Lapu-lapu City; and Poblacion, Manglanilla.
