Flaming Wings’ signature sauces include the Original, inspired by the original Buffalo, New York, recipe that is a bit tangy and with just the right amount of heat; Mild n’ Sweet, a tamed blend with a hint of honey; Wild, for those who like it hot; Smokey BBQ, southern style with smokey sweetness and a little kick; and the Caribbean Jerk, a strong combination of herbs and spices with a twist of lime.

The wings also come with a choice of six different dips: blue cheese, honey mustard, ranch, aioli, balsamic mayo and wasabi mayo. The restaurant also serves Juicy Tenders (lightly breaded chicken breast strips) that come with marinara sauce or one’s choice of dip. To complement the wings and tenders, delightful side dishes can go with them, like mashed potato, pomme frites; creamy coleslaw and rice pilaf.

A comfort zone menu is also available and it offers Super-Stuffed Pork Chop (stuffed with spiced ham, spinach and cheese), served with salsa and rice pilaf; Pulled Pork BBQ Plate, served with coleslaw and rice pilaf; Chicken Piccata (boneless chicken cutlets, capers and garlic in butter and lemon juice served over al-dente pasta); and Chicken Parmigiana (breast fillet seasoned with Italian herbs topped with Parmesan and mozzarella), served over penne pasta in marinara sauce. Pasta is one of the favorites at Flaming Wings. From P95 to P99, one has a choice of Spaghetti Carbonara, Angel Hair Pomodoro, Spaghetti Bolognese, Penne Arrabbiata, Creamy Seafood Linguine, Seafood Marinara, Linguine with Blue Cheese, Mushroom Cream Sauce, Spaghetti Puttanesca, Spaghetti Pesto, and Penne with Sausage and Peppers. Sandwiches such as the Flamingwich are also served, as well as their Sweet Endings signature desserts.
