Eggettes is a classic waffle originating from Hong Kong in the late 60′s, a waffle sold by street vendors and eaten warm on the street similar to crepes in Paris.  They are similar to a traditional waffle but larger, Hexagon in shape and molded into a mini egg like pattern.
