tony-and-jackey-logo Tony & Jackey Beauty Salon was first established in 2001 in Remedios Street corner Guerrero Street Malate, Manila.  A salon that would cater the needs of Koreans and give them the satisfaction that they are like in their own country.   It started as a five-seated, one-shampoo station salon, but now, Tony and Jacky Beauty Salon is growing and taking on the bigger slice of the salon-going market due to its armory of hairstylists and quality service.

Opening such a salon needs a name that could catch attention and should be easy on the eyes. The owner then used the names of the two pioneer Korean hairstylists named Tony and Jackey. The names used really hit the market since most of the customers ask for both of them. As the salon continues to serve its customers with satisfaction, more and more people want to experience to have Korean hairstyle.

As Tony & Jackey Beauty Salon became widely known for those who have an eye for hairstyle, it made to a point where the sole proprietor had to go on for the next step which is to branch out. So planning has been made and it became a corporation last January 31, 2006.  It was registered as a corporation under Security Exchange Commission (SEC) with 60 percent Filipino ownership and 40 percent Korean.  Since then, it opened three (3) more branches in Manila and one (1) branch in southern part of the region, in Cebu.

Because Tony & Jackey Beauty Salon is taking the challenge, it has opened four more branches; (1) in West of Ayala Building, Buendia Makati, (2) in G.P. SY Building 57 Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City, (3) in C.T.T.M. Square Tomas Morato, Corner, Timog Avenue, and (4) in Festival Mall 2nd Level, Alabang.

As Tony & Jacky Beauty Salon continued to bend on asserting the fact of handling Asian hair as it’s been utilizing the talents of Asian stylist, particularly Koreans. It specializes in Asian hairstyles where other salons use products made for European hair while it uses Asian products made for Asians. Salon products, most of which comes from Korea and Japan. We all know that they are known for their advanced and hairstyling techniques. The Salon also uses top-of-the-line equipment, from machine used for digital perming down to the scissors stylists’ use that certainly provide high quality service.

Basically, Tony & Jackey Beauty Salons offer Korean way of hair service. It is known for hair perm, hair manicure, rebond, color, and affordable haircut that can give our best stylists in town a run for their money. But not only that, it also has other services such as nail art, hair manicure and so on.

One step into the Salon and the customer feels being transported to Korea. From the services it offers to the accommodation that it gives.

  1. Hi! Im interested to have my rebond in your salon. Just wanna ask how much will it cost so that I can budget my money. Hopefully this coming Saturday in SM nort branch….

  2. I was once a very satisfied customer of yours since i had my first rebond in your salon. I really loved the result as compared to other salons i visited. The one who gave me that satisfying result was Jerome. I had a very shiny hair and even if i dont put conditioner still my hair is very soft and is not hard to comb. Two years after i decided to have a rebond, same salon of course, but it came out that i was very disappointed with the result. Yes! i had a very shiny hair when i got out of the salon for it was straightened with flat iron.. But when i washed it my hair is very hard to comb.. i dont know what happened but i was really expecting the same result as with my first rebond. i even test it without using conditioner, Oh my! my hair is very hard to comb and when my hair gets dried up the more it is hard to comb.. The thing i observed was Jerome is really testing a hair strand if the rebond treatment is working well but the thing i observe with JT is that he keeps on ironing my hair.. Maybe its the procedure they incorporate in their rebonding.. I still loved the salon even after that incident i still went to the salon and had my treatment again. A month after that rebond i had my hair cut from other salon for my hair is very dry. i had two hair cuts in a month and a month after that. What disappoints me is that my expectation was not meet. And also one of JT’s assistants is not gentle on my hair that my scalp is very painful after she combs it. BUT I STILL LOVE THE SALON DESPITE WHAT HAPPEN. I just decided not to have a rebond again. For almost 3 years Ive been loving the rebonding result of my hair done by jerome.. Now my hair has been damaged and even my officemates and clients noticed and would say WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HAIR! Its like a broom or a tail of a cat. Oh My! But i did not tell them what salon i went into for i dont want to damage the reputation of the salon.. For i was once so very proud and happy customer of the salon.. But the comment itself of other people to my hair is very painful on my part and it just telling me that my hair is really not that good to look at. But still I love the salon. Hope i will have a better feeling…. =c iam from cebu, philippines
HOPE IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.. PLEASE…
