Diamond Food Products was first started in 1997 under its original business name Diamond FN Chandling & Food Services.  It came into existence through the combined effort of the spouses Ruben T. Tuquero and Nellie T. Tuquero who personally managed the business.  The business aims to cater the needs of different shipping lines particularly foods, as well as customers in Mindanao, Visayas and Luzon.

Diamond FN Chandling & Food Services was qualified to be one of the suppliers of Sea Master, Ocean Master, LinSi, and Orient Catering, which were the concessionaires of William, Gothong and Aboitiz (WG&A), a prestigious shipping company. Products supplied includes meats,  fish, chicken, vegetables and groceries.

Its breakthrough came in year 2005 when Diamond FN Chandling and Food Services has been accredited with WG&A Logistics as one of its suppliers of food products. It was on this year also when the business trade name Diamond Food Products came into existence. They maintained the word Diamond because first, they want that the products in the company itself to stay forever and be superior in taste and quality. Second, it can be easily remembered and Third they want that the company, like diamond to sparkle and shine to each people and prospect customers in Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon.

Today, Diamond Food Products offered additional line of products particularly fresh and processed tuna products.  Tuna Products includes Panga (vacuum and ordinary pack), Belly, Tuna Fillet, Tuna Cube (A&B), Tail (Buntot), Tuna Red Meat, Yokitori (Sticks), BBQ, Tuna Belly Jaw, Sashimi, Tuna Steak, Diana Fillet, Tuna Embutido, Tuna Chorizo, Tuna Longanisa, Tuna Siomai, Tuna Nuggets, Tuna Bola-bola, Tuna Tocino, Tuna Shanghai, Tuna Patties and Tuna Sausage.

Shelf Life

• Three-six months (3-6months) once received in any destination as long as place in freezer/keep frozen.
