Lins is a fast-growing manufacturing company that engages in household cleaning products and a growing logistics of over 200 franchisees, 45 factory-owned outlets, and thousands of dealers all over Metro Manila and in nearby as well as far-reaching provinces in the Philippines. Our production and warehouse facilities are located in Valenzuela City.

Established as early as 1995 and incorporated in August 1997 to manufacture quality and affordable dishwashing liquids, dishwashing pastes, fabric softeners, detergent powders, toilet cleaner, and other household products.

Our company products are notified in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for the controlled chemicals used in manufacturing that is in compliance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Clean Water Act; thru this we have installed a water treatment facility to contribute to clear water discharge.

How to become Lins franchisee:

OPTION 1

1.1 Submit the following requirements:

  1. Picture of store (at least 5 sqm.)
  2. Video of store and location (for province area)
  3. Sketch of  store location  with land mark
  4. Letter of intent (address to the Department head) with resume
  5. For rental
    • Suggested monthly fee not exceeded in Php6,000.00

1.2 A representative from the LINS Franchise Department will check the area if applicable for franchise.

1.3 If approved, the applicant will invite to the sales office to arrange dates of the following: opening, delivery, renovation, training and payment.

1.4 The company will deliver the items on the agreed date

Note: The management had the right to reschedule the delivery during extreme weather conditions.

1.5 The company will send a representative to assist during the opening day when needed.

2. Required Location

2.1 At least in marketplace or within market area, or highly dense area

2.2 The store must be open area with a minimum space of 5 square meters.

Note: If approved, the franchisee requires to re paint the store with sunny yellow color.

Procedure on How to make an arrangement when approved:

  1. Will attend one day orientation in the office with address #20 Marton Road, East Canumay, Valenzuela City.
  2. An initial Lins Product Purchase minimum of 50,000.00 computed based on Franchise Price
  3. A participant is required to fill-out confirmation sheet as Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).  Signed by the Owner (LINS) and Newly registered Lins Franchisee (YOU).
  4. A participant will get an exclusive LINS Franchise Card. This card can be use in purchasing in Main office and any existing Company owned Lins Outlets (Franchise stores not Included) for proper identification. In case a franchise does not have with them the card during the transaction, Regular Price will be impose. Card is not transferable. Once the card is being mishandle/loss/misplace, 200.00 will be charge to the franchisee for the replacement of this card.
  5. Repeat Order should be minimum 3,000.00 computed based on Franchise Price.
  6. As an incentive for being a franchisee, you have the right to have your own dealer within the territory given or even outside area (with approval)

15% Rebates will be imposed when your dealer purchased from us with minimum P7,000 and up.
5% Cash will be deducted to your total amount purchased/ordered & 10% worth of products (selected items only)

OPTION 2

  • Have your own Dealer, we call it FD. (Franchise dealer- dealers of franchisees)

3 Types of Dealers

    •  FRANCHISE DEALER
    • OUTLET DEALER
    •  DIRECT DEALER
  1. How? Fill them up Dealership Form with ID and sketch of location and send to LINS sales consultant to add in your dealers list.
  2. Minimum 7k to deliver directly to them. Purchase coming from office will only be counted (You can refer to dealers application procedure)
  3. Payment can be made through Cash or Bank transaction;

         1.Payment made through Cash;

  • Usual transaction made in the head office or any company owned outlets.
  • For the products delivery, refer to Procedure # 8

1.1.Payment made through Bank;

    • Sales associates will inform the franchisee about the available company bank information they prefer to deposit the payment
    • The franchisee is obliged to send a picture thru viber/messenger a copy of the Deposit Slip. Bank validation must be visible and clear.
    • Franchisee must confirm his/her office or outlet contact person if deposit slip has been already sent.
    • Supervisors assigned must notify office/outlet personnel if the copy of deposit slip is being received.
    • For products delivery, refer to Procedure #8

5. For product delivery process, up to 7 working days lead time is required for the delivery to be served. We will deliver the products to the address stated on the personal information sheet only (it will depends on trucking and port address especially provincial address you provide.)

1.The Initial Purchase

  • Delivery Is Free of charge within Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Bataan, Olongapo, Tarlac (nearby) area only.
  • The Repeat Order for delivery or for pick up, details stated on the table below must be applied;

 

  • Delivery may also depends on the payment being made by the franchisee;
      1. If Payment made thru BANK, we will notify the customer upon receiving the copy of the deposit slip being send. 7 working days from the payment date will be required for the delivery to be served.
      2. If payment made thru CASH, customer can bring the products procure right away / pick up.
    • For Delivery transaction, product procurement will follow this procedures:
    • LINS office sales associate will get the list of order from the Franchisee. Payment must follow.
    • LINS office sales associate will make the Delivery Receipt. They need to double check the payment made. After checking it, DR can now be forwarded to Logistics Department for delivery schedule.

6. For Product damage(s), we consider the following reasons for the product to be return;

  • Discoloration
  • Contamination
  • Damage Cap
  • Deformation
  • Leak
  • Outworn Label
  • Expired product

We do not accept the following reason

  • Non-movable or none saleable

Note: The amount of damage product returned will be deducted to the total amount made on the next purchase.
