gofiambrera2 Fiambrera Ko is a catering concept system which uses the conventional Fiambrera lunchboxes, also commonly known as tiffin box. The idea of the concept is to deliver a hot pack of lunch to the customers at exact lunch time.  Each Fiambrera outlet works on a certain demographical area to minimize the problem of cold soup. Each pack lunch is delivered with hot soup, rice, viand and a dessert, which comprises an average Filipino lunch.

Fiambrera Ko is committed into serving meals to the general public with these main trusts; Hygienic, Nutritious and Delicious, and Affordable. They use food-grade stainless Fiambrera Ko lunchboxes that are recyclable while they protect the planet from pollutants and non-bio-degradable materials.  Their menu cycles are strictly supervised by food nutritionist to provide their customers not only delicious meals, but nutritious and healthy.

Dine-In Area
Optional part of a Fiambrera outlet is the dine-in area. This is where walk-in customers enjoy variety of Filipino foods on a traditional self-service restaurant style, with the same handling, preparation and food quality of the Fiambrera pack lunch. One  advantage is the variety of food choices available and you can visit at your preferred time.

Bar/Beverage Area
Part of the Dine-In area that caters to refreshments such as juices,  soda, and fruitshakes. This is also where beer and wine are served.

Products:

  • Fiambrera Lunchbox  -  this is made with food-grade stainless steel with 4 compartments, the lower compartments are mostly used for soup and rice, and other stuff that can be reheated. the two smaller compartments are for viand and dessert.
  • Fiambrera lunchbox bag  -  yhis is the carrying bag for the Fiambrera, available in 3 different color combinations.

Franchise Details:

There are two ways possible:

  • Conversion – If you have an existing restaurant business which is barely making enough for overhead cost, it is very likely to be a candidate for Fiambrera Ko conversion. The conversion will use your existing kitchen and equipments and your staff will go thru a rigorous training under the supervision of Fiambrera Ko Franchise supervisor.
  • New Fiambrera Ko outlet – Logistics team will conduct and ocular inspection of your proposed site. They will do a project study for the feasibility of putting up an outlet in the place. Taken into consideration include the population density of the place, existing restaurants and food chain store, as well as the accessibility of the site to foot traffic. Once the project study has been completed, paper works are prepared and the building team are dispatched. Screening and training of the employees will commence and will be given hands-on experience at franchise showroom or other existing outlets.

Your most obvious target would be the big companies operating within your area. You can talk to their staff and employees and establish a relationship as a startup. Your goal would be to get the maximum load for your outlet (200 person). This would be fairly easy once you have established relationship with them. Five small companies with workforce of 20 would already maximize your outlet production.

Self-Sustain
Once you have your market demographics established and producing at optimal performance, it will maintain its own. You will already start to reap your rewards and at the same time concentrate on the spin-offs that your successful site has opened up for you. You will now have to concentrate on your corporate accounts and “tune-in” more to what they desire. Furthermore, you can already begin to venture out and look for another site where you can establish yet another successful franchise outlet. Only this time, it would be more like a game and a hobby because you have already mastered it.
