We have bad experience with the company. Once you’ve made your payment they do not care anymore. You are going to be at their mercy and they are very unreasonable. If you have complaints their staffs will pass you around or ignore you. the management is deaf to the customer’s needs, it can take months and actions nor feedback will not be extended to you. we’ve had experience where our customers have bought products that have gone bad already. We are pretty sure that it is not because of our mishandle of products which what the company will conviniently give excuse of. Please choose your franchisor wisely.
