Hero Sausages is a food cart franchise concept create and manage by husband-and-wife tandem of Jason and Rose Lee.  It was first started in 2007, from a homegrown meat processing company that specializes in various sausages and claims to have the best Hungarian sausage.  Hero Sausages are moderately priced, all natural and 100% pure-meat sausage products that can be purchased as a sandwich, on a stick or in frozen packs.

Hero food carts offers six (6) sausage variants on a sausage bun with oats or on a stick.  The Hungarian is a spicy sausage and is the top-seller among the Hero line of sausages; Cheesy Hungarian is the cheesy variant of the spicy sausage; Schublig is made from select cuts of pork and with onions; Cheesy Frankfurter is loaded with cheese and fine meat; Spicy Frankfurter is a spicy and seasoned sausage; and Premium Frankfurter is a ready-cooked and slightly-smoked variety.

Hero believed that the concept of selling Hero Sausage sandwiches and frozen products will definitely be a feasible and a profitable venture and would be a better alternative to the usual sausage sandwiches available in the market.
