Pao Express was first established in 1999.   It was owned and managed by Pao Ying Food, Inc., which engage in food manufacturing particularly the production of siopao, siomai and other related dimsum products.

Siopao production is undertaken through the use of machine thereby almost eliminating human contact in the forming and shaping of the siopao product virtually extending shelf life. Their siopao, unlike many available in the market, are made and formed by machines in a highly sanitary and hygienic manner and environment using only high-quality natural ingredients, following and observing Good Manufacturing Practices and Procedures. They have been granted a Halal Certificate from the Office of Muslim Affairs and have been issued a BFAD (Bureau of Food and Drug Administration) Certificate.

Term of Franchise :   Two (2) years
Renewal :   Two (2)  years
Royalty Fee :   5% of monthly gross sales
Advertising Fee :   5% of monthly gross sales

Preferred Sites :  Commercial and populated areas, malls, supermarkets, hospitals, bus terminals, school campuses, and government establishments

Application Procedure:

1.  Personally submit or fax a letter of intent

2.  Fill out the application form and submit the following requirements:

• Vicinity map showing the trade area around the proposed site, area measurements, rental rate;
• Projected number of people passing thru the area, other establishments and competitors;
• Picture of the proposed site. If inside a mall or building, picture of the mall or building façade;
• Two pieces of 2×2 ID pictures

4.  Sign an agreement with Pao Express Management
