The Asian Tropics Beauty and Wellness Centers  are being operated by Asiantropics Incorporated, a corporation established in the Philippines, with a vision to become one of the eminent beauty and wellness destinations in Asia that will provide the most complete line of services (Body & Skin Care – Cosmetic Dermatology, Spa, Slimming, Cosmetic & Aesthetic Surgery, and Liposuction).

In October 2008, The Asian Tropics was developed into a Franchising Business to achieve its planned aggressive expansion. A second corporate branch in Katipunan Avenue was built to serve as prototype of a franchise outlet. Non-surgical Slimming and Foot Spa (and other foot related services) were further added to the growing menu The Asian Tropics provides.

Each Asian Tropics Center has an Asian-inspired design. Private rooms and cubicles ensure privacy as clients bask in the tranquil sound of spa music with dim lights while relaxing or undergoing treatments. WHY THE ASIAN TROPICS FRANCHISE?
The Asian Tropics Franchise provides a recession resistant business by incorporating several businesses into one location. Your source of income would be wide-based, coming from the following:

We are a physician based medical/surgical spa utilizing “Gold standard” technology for each of our procedures. Treatments are done by aesthetic dermatologist or aesthetic surgeons, and trained medical and aesthetic personnel.

WHAT ARE OUR CRITERIA in AWARDING THE ASIAN TROPICS FRANCHISE?
The Asian Tropics Franchise may be awarded to selected persons with financial capability and good credit standing, with experience in business (not necessarily in the medical field), have the ability to handle people, and with good management skills. A Franchisee should be motivated to succeed, dedicates his/her time to the business, must enjoy working with people, and should be aware of the pros and cons of franchising business.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET THE ASIAN TROPICS FRANCHISE OPEN?
Under favorable conditions, you may be able to start business in 90 days from signing of the contract. Although several variables like selection/approval of a favorable location for your branch, personnel training, permits, and renovation may affect the time frame for opening.

WILL THE ASIAN TROPICS PROVIDE THE SITE AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRANCH OR OUTLET?
Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. All potential sites for a branch of THE ASIAN TROPICS ADVANCED AESTHETIC AND WELLNESS CENTER (Cosmetic surgery, Liposuction, Face & Skin Care, Slimming, and Spa) must be submitted to ASIANTROPICS INC. for approval. Assistance may be provided with the application for a site. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.

IF I LEASE A SPACE, WILL YOU DESIGN THE STORE LAYOUT?
We will furnish you with a floor plan, sketch and basic specification for ASIANTROPICS INC.. Each Franchisee is responsible for customizing the basic plan to the dimension of the proposed location.

IS THE FRANCHISEE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ALL HIS EQUIPMENTs AND SUPPLY?
Most of the equiptment and supplies shall be purchased thru ASIANTROPICS, INC.. A list shall be provided with the contract.

WHAT PRE-OPENING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Prior to and upon opening, ASIANTROPICS INC. will assist you with the training of personnel, procurement of equipment, products inventory, and arranging the outlet opening.

WHAT ABOUT THE TRAINING?
The ASIANTROPICS INC. has spent a great deal of time and effort developing its products and system, and accepts no compromise in quality control. For this reason, we require the Franchisee(owner) and personnel to complete our training program and demonstrate mastery of certain basic skills. The cost of training is included in the Franchise Fee.

DO YOU HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE MANUAL FOR THE OPERATION?
Our confidential OPERATIONS MANUAL details the ASIANTROPICS INC. system on every aspect of the daily operation in your facility.  The medical spa is a fairly new phenomenon. The first medical spa in the United States reportedly opened its doors sometime in the late ’80s.  Nearly two decades later, medical spas have seen enormous growth, both in sheer numbers and popularity.
