Manner of Payment:

• 65% - Deposit upon signing of contract
• 25% - upon delivery of equipment
• 10% - full payment upon turned-key

Franchise Terms:

• The term of the Franchise agreement shall be five (5) years commencing from the date of signing of the Agreement Contract.  For renewal of the Franchise, the Franchisee has to pay only 30% of the Franchise Fee which is good for another five (5) years.

Required Area:

• Package 1 is 50-70 sqm
• Package 2 is 30-35 sqm
