What do you consider to be an ideal site?  Are there any space requirements?
A good site should have activity generators with heavy foot and vehicular traffic in the vicinity such as schools, supermarkets, public market, government offices, among others. It should be located in a major thoroughfare. Minimum space requirement is 6 to maximum 30 sqm.

Who shoulders the cost of store renovation? How much is the approximate cost of building a Kodak Express outlet?
Construction of the store is to the account of the owner/dealer. Approximate cost is Php 20,000 per sqm.  Techtrends Corp. will provide the design and architectural plans.
