Koyaki Japanese Food

Apr 18th, 2010 | Category: FoodCart & Kiosk, Franchising

koyaki1 Koyaki Japanese Food was an idea of  Ms Miriam Peralta, an entrepreneur who has always enjoyed eating Japanese food.  It was first opened in 2005, offering Japanese foods like takoyaki balls, salmon roll, tuna roll, lobster ball, squid roll, chikuwa and other seafood cold cuts.  Koyaki Japanese Food products are not hard-core Japanese delicacy making them more suitable to the taste of the Filipinos.  The secret spices and herbs are specially mixed to combine Japanese tangy delicacies and Filipino’s tradition for goodness.  These products are actually the counterpart of the famous Filipino own fishballs, kikiams and the likes. This is something new in market since few players offer such products. The opportunity to secure a customer base and start a new trend is very most likely considering it is new and Filipinos wanted to try something different that delights their senses.

The company’s vision is to provide the Japanese products and services that exceed market’s expectations.  Koyaki Japanese Food Kiosk aims to be the preferred choice of everyone to satisfy his immediate needs when it comes to Japanese food. Koyaki Japanese Kiosk also is dedicated to efficiently and effectively allocate its available resources to yield acceptable cost and maximize profits. Their vision is to see Koyaki Japanese Food Kiosk in every mall and sub streets nationwide. They are also targeting small scale entrepreneurs to bring Koyaki Japanese food in the local provinces and orient people to try a non hard core Japanese delicacy and for them to appreciate this kind of food.

Koyaki Japanese Food Kiosk is patterned and specifically formulated to people coming from every walks of life. It does not discriminate anyone as long as they enjoy Japanese food. The stalls will be strategically located at street corners and business center hubs to maximize visibility and proximity. The prices are also quoted to match the budget of their prospective customers.
