Dagupeña bangus products are deboned, and prepared with the freshest ingredients.  They adhere to the principle that natural is best so they do not use any preservatives or artificial extenders. All Dagupena Bangus products have no MSG.  Among their products are:

  • Dagupeña Daing na Bangus – our grandmother’s original 1928 recipe, marinated in traditional vinegar and garlic.
  • Dagupeña Bangus Steak – Milkfish marinated in a secret spice marinade concocted during the 80’s; the steak was said to have singularly redefined Pangasinense Cuisine.
  • Dagupeña Pesto Bangus Belly – marinated in organic basil leaves.
  • Dagupeña Teriyaki Bangus Belly – marinated in our own teriyaki sauce.
  • Dagupena Honey Mustard Bangus Belly – marinated in special honey mustard sauce made from real Benguet Honey.
  • Dagupeña Thai Green Chili Bangus Belly – marinated in our version of Thai Green Chili Paste.

  1. Hi! Inquiring about Dagupena Steak vaccum packed fish bought recently. If it was left inside a car, basement parking for 12 hours, is the fish stale?We accidentally left 4 packs inside, and the conditions still look physically the same, pinkish orange, but as expected, no longer chilled. I still placed them inside the freezer, altho, reluctant to cook unless I ask from you. Considering that this are processed with vinegar, you think it is still edible? I have not cut the seal yet, thinking that chilling them is the best remedy for now. Please help me what to do next?
