Franchise Details:

AREA FRANCHISE

You produce and process all kinds of authorized Lianza Foods Products and retail them. Besides that, you are allowed to open smaller retail outlets and supply other franchise outlet with your process products. Your initial investment is higher, as you need all the processing facilities installed in your production area. However, your margins are also higher compared to the retail outlets. You purchased the processing pre-mix ingredients from us. As you are a production facility, you have to pay a small royalty. A Franchise areas are territories wherein we expect a higher sale compared to Category B, therefore we also require a higher capitalization for Category A since a different set of equipment is required.

Area Franchise Fee:

• Php 500,000 Category A
• Php 300,000 Category B

RETAIL FRANCHISE

The Food Products are delivered from the nearest Lianza Foods Manufacturer to you. All products are supplied as finished products. The margins are therefore smaller compared to Area production facilities but the investment is lower as well. There are no royalties to be paid for retail outlets.

Retail Franchise Fee :  Php 50,000.**
