Franchise Details

The total investment for an HBC Store franchise is about P4 Million for an outlet with an average area of 80 sq.m. in a mall or free-standing location. This includes the franchise fee of Php750,000.00 as well as a total support system necessary to run an HBC Store outlet. The franchise package includes:

• Use of HBC’s reputable trademark, name, and logo
• Pre-opening and start-up assistance
• Site selection and evaluation assistance
• Store design and construction for turn-key package
• A comprehensive ISO-certified franchise operations manual
• International-standard training on retail management,
• Operations and services
• Aggressive local marketing and promotional assistance
• Grand opening assistance
• Access to a customized, user-friendly POS system
• Access to the latest trends and techniques on beauty and personal care
• Bulk pricing of high-quality professional and branded products
• Continuing field visits, training, guidance, and business evaluation
• Access to exclusive services of dermatologist
• Regular advice or guidance on all aspects of store operations
• Guidance on operational and sales performance reporting
• Assistance in the hiring process
• Operations Manual

Royalty fee:  5% of gross sales for continuing support services.
Franchise Term:  5 years, renewable to 2 additional 3-year terms for a total of 11 years.

Franchisees shall spend a specific amount each year or 1% of gross sales monthly, whichever is higher, for local advertising and promotion. There is also a system wide contribution of 3% of your gross sales to a corporate advertising and development fund which will be used for newspaper and direct mail advertising or promotional items through other media.
