Franchise Details:

Franchise Fee :   Php600,000.00 (vat exclusive)

System wide Advertising Fee :  2.0% (from Monthly gross sales)

Local Advertising :  1.0% (Local fund)

Royalty Tax :  20% of franchise fee (one time payment, to be shoulder by the franchisee)

Non Refundable site assessment fee :  P5,000 to P20,000 (depending on distance away from Metro Manila)

Franchise Terms :  Five (5) years

Subsequent Term :  Two (2) renewals of 5 years each for a total of 15 years.
