-TOTAL FRANCHISE INVESTMENT SHOULD NOT BE OVER Php950,000.00

-ROYALTY is FIVE(5)% of Sales NET of VAT for all services  done On-site. Dry-Cleaning Services are done in a Central Facility and thus is not subject to ROYALTY. Instead Franchisee  get an Automatic Mark-up of 23%.
-Advertising Fund of 2% of Sales NET of VAT for all Services done on-site. This is use for the System Wide Marketing Programs of the whole organization. This FUND is controlled by the Franchisees for Programs they agree to offer for the YEAR.
